What is the meaning of CEPA Math.?

Via 2006 CEPA-Maths has been used to make decisions about placement into maths courses for UAEU, HCT and UBER. CEPA-maths is a compulsory requirement for NAPO job seekers. The CEPA-Maths test takes 90 moments and involves 50 multiple choice questions. An approved calculator is supplied to each student for use during the test. The test is bilingual, that is, all questions appear in the two English and Arabic.

Test assesses maths proficiency in four significant areas of knowledge: •

Number sense, habits and relationships

Data analysis and probability

Geometry and measurement

Algebra

Inside each of these know-how areas, there are three degrees of questions: Fundamental

These signify the lowest standard of expected understanding and skills. Questions through this category count heavily on recall and recognition of concepts. Experienced

These represent an acceptable or perhaps reasonable standard of understanding of the ability area. The things typically need students to resolve problems involving one step, or to perform a basic method.

Advanced

These kinds of require complex understanding of concepts and require students to receive an advanced amount of proficiency in the knowledge region.
